This notice constitutes Ubuhle Besintu’s policy statement to declare its commitment to comply with the POPI Act. Accordingly, it provides insights on how Ubuhle Besintu processes personal information of data subjects as set out in the POPI Act.

RETURN POLICY
At Ubuhle Besintu, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased from our online store, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Standard Sizing: You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request an exchange or refund.
Custom Orders: Custom pieces are made to fit so we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any custom pieces. However, custom pieces can be sent back for altercations within 30 days.
To qualify for a return, your item/s must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the same condition as when you first received your order. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for any SALE items.

All shipping costs incurred during a return are the customer’s responsibility. The cost of shipping is also non-refundable.
